This acacia wood holder is specially designed to provide extra stability for the Origami Dripper. When placed in the holder, the dripper is slightly elevated, creating extra space between the filter and the brewed coffee below. The holder also helps keep the dripper level for a more even distribution of water and coffee grounds.
